Terms and Conditions

Read through these terms and conditions before you use the Service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Words that start with a capital letter have specific meanings explained below. These definitions apply the same way whether they're singular or plural. Here's what we mean by certain terms in these Terms and Conditions: • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party. • Country refers to: Washington, United States • Company (also called "Luckypilot", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) runs a vintage theatrical costume rental and retail shop. • Device is anything that can access the Service like a computer, phone or tablet. • Service means the Website. • Terms and Conditions (also called "Terms") are what you're reading now. They make up the full agreement between you and the Company about how you use the Service. • Third-party Social Media Service means services or content from someone else that might show up on the Service. • Website is our site. • You means the person or company using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern how you use this Service and form the agreement between you and the Company. They lay out what you can and can't do. Using the Service means you accept and follow these Terms and Conditions. They apply to everyone who visits or uses it. By using the Service you're agreeing to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree with any part, don't use it. You need to be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We don't let anyone under 18 access it.

Links to Other Websites

The Service might have links to third-party websites or services we don't own or control. We have no say over what's on those sites, how they handle privacy, or what they do. You understand that we're not responsible for damage or loss from using those third-party sites or services, whether that damage comes from the content, the goods, or anything else on those sites.

Termination

We can cut off your access right away, with no warning, if you break these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason. Once that happens, you lose the right to use the Service.

Limitation of Liability

No matter what damages you suffer, our total liability under these Terms is limited to what you actually paid through the Service. If you haven't bought anything, the cap is 100 USD. We're not liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages (like lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or personal injury) that come from using or not being able to use the Service. This applies even if we knew the damages were possible and even if our usual remedy doesn't work. Same goes for our suppliers.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service comes as-is and as-available with all its flaws. To the extent the law allows, the Company and its Affiliates, licensors, and service providers don't give any warranties about the Service. That includes merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, title, and non-infringement. We don't represent or guarantee anything about how the Service works, what content is on it, whether it'll be uninterrupted or error-free, or how accurate the information is. We also don't guarantee the Service, our servers, the content, or emails from us are free of viruses, trojans, worms, malware or other harmful stuff.

Governing Law & Disputes Resolution

The laws of the Country (excluding conflict of law rules) govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Local, state, national, or international laws may also apply. If something goes wrong, try to work it out with the Company informally first.

Compliance & Regulations

For European Union (EU) Users: As an EU consumer, you get the protection of your country's mandatory laws. United States Legal Compliance: You confirm that you're not in a country under US embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting by the US government. You're also not on any US government prohibited or restricted parties list.

Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, it gets changed to work as much as possible under the law, and the rest stays in effect. Not using a right under these Terms doesn't mean you lose it later. Letting one breach slide doesn't mean you're okay with the next one.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

These Terms might be translated, but the original English version wins if there's a dispute. We can modify or replace these Terms whenever we want. If it's a big change, we'll try to give you at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Keep using the Service after that and you're agreeing to the new version. These terms went into effect on 2026-08-05.
